REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy for New Age Catering Services
At New Age Catering, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional service and unforgettable culinary experiences. We understand that circumstances may arise where refunds become necessary. Please review our refund policy outlined below:
1. Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your catering order, please notify us as soon as possible.
For cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled event, we will issue a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.
Cancellations made within 10 days of the event may incur a cancellation fee, which will be determined based on the circumstances and expenses incurred.
2. Changes to Order:
Any changes to your catering order must be communicated to us in writing 15 days before the event.
We will do our best to accommodate changes, but additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the modifications.
3. Quality and Satisfaction Guarantee:
We are committed to providing high-quality food and service to our clients.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our catering service, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.
In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds or credits towards future orders as a gesture of goodwill.
4. Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or other emergencies beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule catering services.
In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include rescheduling the event or providing a refund minus any expenses already incurred.
5. Refund Process:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval and will be issued via the original payment method whenever possible.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
6. Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items such as non-refundable deposits, booking fees, or perishable goods may not be eligible for refunds.
Any such items will be clearly outlined in your catering agreement or invoice.
7. Customized Menus:
For events with customized menus or special dietary requests, refunds may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
We will work closely with you to ensure that any adjustments or cancellations are handled fairly and transparently.
